The theories of Emotional Intelligence (E.Q) and Neuro Linguistic programming (NLP) underpin the program content and the training method.

PRIORITY ONE TRAINING Pre-program and Post- program Questionnaires provide for pre-training analysis and post-training reinforcement and follow up.

Leadership Essentials - program licensing

Leadership Essentials -Managing Work, People, Self ™ is also available for license to organisations that prefer to have their staff deliver the training. A two day 'Train the Trainer' and program back-up are provided by PRIORITY ONE TRAINING. Resources include: a comprehensive Facilitator's Guide, attractive Participant Workbook, PowerPoint Presentation and Managing Self Passport.
